Position Summary
As a Server at Grill Haven, you will be the face of our restaurant. You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming, positive experience
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Recommend menu items and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle customer requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
- Process payments accurately
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix drinks to standard recipes
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow responsible alcohol service and verify ID
- Engage with guests and assist with bar inventory
Qualifications
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $18.50 per hour
