Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, customer service, record management, and general office coordination.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage phone and email communications
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Organize files, documents, and office correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Maintain office supplies and support daily administrative activities
- Assist with basic billing, recordkeeping, and document management as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Accurate data entry and document management abilities
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong recordkeeping skills
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting office operations and helping maintain an efficient and organized workplace.
Pay: $75,500.00-$80,500.00 per year
