We are looking for individuals who:
- Produce consistent, high-quality work
- Work independently once given direction
- Read and follow drawings accurately (don't need to be an expert, but simple roof and floor layouts, details etc.)
- Use all tools safely and efficiently
- Take pride in clean, accurate framing
- Are dependable and detail-oriented
