Job Overview
We are currently seeking skilled and dependable Forklift Operators to join our warehouse operations in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. This position is suited for individuals who value safety, accuracy, and consistency, especially during night shift operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack products
- Handle materials efficiently while maintaining product integrity
- Follow all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment
- Report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Job Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift certification/license
- Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- Ability to work on a consistent schedule
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs if required
- Reliable transportation to and from Vaudreuil-Dorion
- Steel-toe safety boots required
