Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time logistics and warehouse coordinator to join our team at our head office in Lachine, QC.
As a key member of the Client Care and Logistics team, you will play an essential role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, repair processing, and coordination with the Client Care team. Working closely with internal departments, external service providers, and clients, you will help ensure efficient logistics operations, accurate inventory management, and exceptional customer service.
Tasks & Responsibilities
· Receive materials ordered by the Client Care and Procurement teams and notify the appropriate departments upon arrival.
· Receive skids and packages from clients for repair services (RMAs). Verify that all received units match the RMA documentation, apply lab identification tags, and sort items for either in-house or outsourced repair processing.
· Inspect incoming shipments and report any damaged, incomplete, or non-conforming materials to the appropriate parties.
· Coordinate outbound shipments for outsourced repairs, including preparing packaging, packing lists, customs documentation, commercial invoices, and arranging international freight pickups.
· Prepare repaired units for return shipment by packaging products, generating packing slips, and scheduling carrier pickups to ensure timely delivery to clients.
· Maintain and update RMA tracking reports, ensuring accurate records of units received, processed, shipped, and returned.
· Track shipments and resolve transportation issues.
· Manage warehouse supply inventory and proactively order packaging materials and consumables to prevent stock shortages.
· Optimize warehouse space utilization, organization, cleanliness and workflow efficiency.
· Forklift operation experience preferred; certification is mandatory and can be obtained through Axsera.
Assets
Familiarity with one or more of the following would be an asset but is not mandatory.
· Local and international regulations governing logistics and transportation.
· Import and export of goods according to various US and Canadian regulations:
o CUSMA (Canada-USA-Mexico free trade agreement)
o CARM (Canada Assessment and Revenue Management)
o CERS (Canadian Export Reporting system)
o HS (Harmonized Coding System)
· Basic technical knowledge of Telecom components, PCB’s, radios, power supplies, etc.
Qualifications and Key skills required
· Bilingual: French and English, speaking and writing
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
· Organization and attention to detail
· Capable of lifting boxes up to 55 lbs
· Problem-solving and multitasking
· Communication and teamwork
· Time management and prioritization
· Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes
· The successful candidate must pass the required security clearances.

· Job location: Lachine, Quebec
· Reports to Client Care & Procurement Manager
· Full time on-site position, Mon-Fri, 8:30 to 17:00 (1 hour lunch)
