Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Lash Technician to join our Spa team. The ideal candidate will provide expert eyelash extension services while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Other skills or training is welcome. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on enhancing clients' natural beauty through professional lash treatments, complemented by a range of other beauty services. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in various beauty and retail services. You will be taking over for a maternity leave starting in September. Shadowing the current lash technician will start as soon as July or August.
Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Provide additional beauty services if certified.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
- Deliver excellent guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Assist with retail sales by promoting beauty products
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries
- Upsell additional services and products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Experience with eyelash extensions
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within the beauty industry
- Ability to engage guests effectively and provide personalized beauty consultations
- Retail sales experience with a focus on upselling techniques
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently
- Hospitality background or guest services experience is a plus

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
