It’s that time of year again. Bray’s is gearing up for a busy summer season, and we’re looking to add a great Server/Bartender to our team.

Responsibilities:
As a Server/Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment while providing top-notch service to our valued guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Exemplary Service: Providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized experiences to set the standard for exceptional guest service.
- Guest Interaction: Engaging with guests to create memorable experiences, address inquiries, and handle any concerns with professionalism and grace.
- Menu Expertise: Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our wine list, cocktail offerings, and West Coast tapas menu to guide guests in their selections and make recommendations.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the team to maintain a positive work environment and facilitate effective communication.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring orders are accurate, and presentation is impeccable.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet, handle challenges, and find solutions swiftly.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
- Certifications: Possession of a valid Serving It Right certificate or equivalent.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of serving experience: Demonstrated expertise in high-quality service, ideally in a restaurant setting with a focus on wine, cocktails, and food.
- Wine, Cocktail, and Food Knowledge: A genuine passion for wine, a solid understanding of cocktail crafting, and familiarity with family-style cuisine.
- Bartending Experience (Preferred): Previous experience as a bartender is a strong asset.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both with guests and team members.
