The Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and retail sales
- Learn fish cutting and butchery techniques
- Provide cooking advice and product recommendations
- Receive, stock, merchandise and display seafood products
- Package products with care
- Operate the POS system and process transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with opening, closing and daily store operations
You are:
- Experienced in retail or hospitality customer service (required)
- Passionate about food and cooking
- Comfortable learning fish cutting and seafood preparation
- Friendly, professional and confident speaking with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong computer skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available to work weekends and 2–4 shifts per week
- Eager to learn and grow
Compensation
- Starting wage: $22.00/hour
- 30–40 hours per week
