Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare meals or assist with basic cooking tasks as needed
- Maintain supplies by restocking cleaning products and household essentials
- Organize and declutter spaces to ensure a tidy environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and feedback
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Follow safety protocols and uphold cleanliness standards at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or related hospitality roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous
- Ability to perform light cooking and laundry tasks accurately
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach various client locations
