Join our dynamic team as a Shop Laborer at Next Compression We're seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to contribute to our operations in Calgary.
What You'll Do:
- Daily duties of general shop clean up to ensure safe work environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required for specific tasks.
- Operate forklift & material handling duties.
- Provide assistance in hydro testing operations.
- Support process piping and vessel fabrication activities as required.
- Contribute to general assembly duties as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the position.

- Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in a FAB or Assembly shop

Experience:
- FAB or Assembly shop: 1 year (preferred)
- Crane and rigging: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Licence (required)
