One Village Family Chiropractic is looking for an energetic, dependable, and caring individual to join our growing team.
This role is much more than answering phones or booking appointments. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, supporting families, and becoming an important part of helping our practice run smoothly.
Perhaps you've worked at Starbucks, in hospitality, retail, fitness, childcare, or another customer-focused environment where multitasking, communication, and creating a welcoming experience came naturally. Maybe you're a mom looking to return to the workforce while still having flexibility, are active in local mom groups, or simply have a passion for health and helping others.
No chiropractic experience is necessary—we are happy to teach the right person. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities Include
- Welcoming patients with warmth and enthusiasm
- Scheduling appointments and helping families stay on track with their care plans
- Encouraging accountability by helping patients reschedule missed appointments and maintain consistency in their care
- Processing payments and entering care plans accurately
- Answering phones, emails, and patient questions
- Administrative support and filing
- Keeping the office clean, organized, and inviting
- Managing supplies and storage areas
- Decorating the office throughout the year for holidays and seasonal celebrations
- Helping wherever needed to create an exceptional patient experience

Position Details
- Part-time
- Starting wage: $18.50 per hour
