What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead quality control activities to ensure aggregates meet internal standards and customer specifications
- Oversee sampling, testing, and documentation to support consistent product quality
- Promote a strong safety and compliance culture across quality and production teams
- Partner with operations to identify quality trends and drive corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems and processes
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to lead quality control processes in an industrial or mining environment
- Strong understanding of aggregate testing methods, specifications, and quality systems
- Proven capability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with operations, sales, and customers
- Comfortable using laboratory, reporting, and basic computer systems
Work Environment
- Work takes place in an aggregate quarry and laboratory setting, indoors and outdoors
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols is required
- Schedule flexibility may be needed to support operational and testing demands
