Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in residential new construction single and multi family homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional cleaning services.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, removal of contruction debris, sawdust, paint overspray.
- Maintain cleanliness in facilities by ensuring that all areas are free of debris and clutter.
- Execute residential cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the facilities to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize proper cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety guidelines.
Experience
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or new construction cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable personal transportation with a valid drivers license and the ability to get to various sites in one shift when needed.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
