Skilled Cribber – Full-Time

Splendor Group Inc. is looking for an experienced and reliable Skilled Cribber to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, work safely, and enjoy being part of a professional crew, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Build residential foundation cribbing according to plans and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Set elevations, layouts, and ensure accurate dimensions.
- Install footing forms, wall forms, bracing, and related components.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
- Work efficiently with the crew to meet project schedules.
- Follow all company safety policies and Alberta OHS requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of residential cribbing experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and use construction measuring tools.
- Strong knowledge of foundation layout and forming techniques.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 3 is an asset).
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team.
