Overview
We are seeking an experienced Flood Restoration Technician / Supervisor to work on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an individual who can independently manage restoration projects while maintaining exceptional customer service and workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency water damage and basement flooding projects.
- Assess water damage and determine the scope of work.
- Lead and supervise restoration crews on-site.
- Perform water extraction and structural drying.
- Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and drying equipment.
- Remove damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, and other affected materials.
- Document projects with photographs, moisture readings, and daily progress reports.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and property managers
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of water damage restoration or disaster recovery experience.
- Experience supervising restoration crews.
- IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification preferred.
- Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification is an asset.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate restoration equipment and moisture detection tools.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
