Leggat KIA is looking for a Service Advisor! Excellent earning potential with a base pay and generous upside bonus structure driven by increasing business volume and excellence in customer service performance.
Compensation: Base Pay plus bonus with on Target Earnings of $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Duties:

Work with customers to understand their needs.

Work with customers to answer questions or concerns.

Understand the progress of work being done on customer vehicles by liaising with automotive technicians.

Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.

Complete a follow-up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle.

Additional duties assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:

Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.

Ability to problem-solve and high attention to detail.

Computer skills and understanding of technology.

Experience with CDK & PBS software is considered an asset.
