Agregat R-N is seeking a Loader Operator to join its team on a mining project located in Geraldton, Ontario, supporting crushing operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a loader safely and efficiently.
- Feed the crushing plant according to operational requirements.
- Load, move, and stockpile materials as required.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation.
- Identify and report mechanical issues or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work closely with the supervisor, operators, and other crew members to optimize production.
- Comply with all company health and safety policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS SOUGHT
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating loaders in mining, quarry, or crushing operations.
- Experience operating a CAT 980 loader or a loader of equivalent size and capacity.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Available to work on a rotational schedule at a remote job site.
