Odds 'N Ends Property Maintenance continues to grow in the Kitchener/Waterloo and surrounding areas. We are located minutes outside of Kitchener, ON. We have been in business since 1992 and continue to provide superior customer service to all our clients. We perform 12-month maintenance contracts to a variety of properties, including commercial, condominiums, churches and residential.
Crew Lead Ground Maintenance and Snow Removal
We are seeking an experienced, self motivated, dedicated and skilled Crew Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, professionalism, mechanical background and ample experience in lawn maintenance and snow removal. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, mechanically inclined.
- Maintain client sites, using walker mowers, push mowers, trimmers, blowers etc.
- Ensure professional communication and interaction with current and prospective clients, as well as all crew member.
- Daily quality checks of sites completed.
- Follow and enforce all Health and Safety measures put in place by management.
- Snow removal / plow truck operator during winters months.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience and knowledge driving truck and trailer.
- Experience with Walker mowers.
- Proficient in lawn care and snow removal.
- Leadership abilities.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication within the team and clients.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure.
- Professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Snow Removal: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
