Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will lead reliability initiatives, improve platform resiliency, and support enterprise modernization programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead reliability engineering initiatives supporting enterprise transformation programs.
- Support modernization initiatives for core banking, payments, citizen services, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom customer platforms.
- Design and enhance monitoring, observability, and alerting capabilities.
- Support telecom infrastructure, network operations, 5G services, and enterprise digital platforms.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with development, operations, security, and platform teams.
- Implement automation and self-healing solutions to improve service reliability.
- Mentor engineers and promote SRE best practices.
- Drive platform resiliency, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Support governance, compliance, and operational risk management requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
- Experience supporting banking systems, government platforms, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom environments.
- Strong expertise in observability, monitoring, and incident management.
- Experience supporting Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale and mission-critical environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- SRE, Cloud, or DevOps certifications preferred.
