We are seeking an exceptional Level II Certified Dental Assistant (HARP Certified) who is warm, personable, highly organized, and passionate about both modern dentistry and outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring patients are welcomed and accommodated in a timely manner
- Providing efficient chairside assistance with excellent instrument transfer and a strong understanding of dental procedures
- Cleaning, packaging, sterilizing, and maintaining instruments while adhering to exceptional IPAC standards
- Taking diagnostic radiographs in accordance with HARP certification
- Maintaining organized operatories and clinical supply inventory
- Accurately charting patient information using digital practice management software
- Providing seamless clinical support to dentists and hygienists throughout treatment
- Ordering and managing clinical supplies
- Welcoming, greeting, and escorting patients while ensuring every aspect of their visit exceeds expectations
- Anticipating and attending to each patient's comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude while serving as a leader and role model for the team
- Building strong collaborative relationships with the Clinic Director, dentists, hygienists, fellow assistants, and Practice Owner
- Embracing new technologies and continually developing skills in digital dentistry
QUALIFICATIONS
- Level II Certified Dental Assistant (Required)
- Current HARP Certification (Required)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with a patient-first mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with patients and colleagues
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
- Warm, outgoing, and service-oriented personality
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional patient experiences
- Desire to continuously learn and grow in digital dentistry
- Professional appearance with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Curve Hero, Romexis, and iTero is considered a strong asset
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$33.00 per hour
