We are seeking to hire a Full Time Cook at our 1610 - 11th St. W. location. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Hours can range from 32-40 hours per week depending on availability.
Line Cook
- Ensure menu items are made in accordance with recipes and standards
- Prepares and cooks food on the line as needed
- Assure proper care and maintenance for food service equipment
- Ensure food quality by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization and sanitization
- Follow required checklist for maintaining a clean kitchen during shift
- Follow instructions to maximize efficiency during peak periods
- Weigh, measure and mix foods according to guidelines
- Handling and storing food safely
