Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative E-learning Developer to join our educational technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging online learning experiences that enhance training and development programs. This role requires a strong background in instructional design, content development, and familiarity with various Learning Management Systems (LMS). The E-learning Developer will collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective digital training modules that meet organizational goals and learner needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design interactive e-learning courses using tools such as Adobe Captivate.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training materials.
- Create engaging multimedia content including videos, animations, and assessments to enhance learner engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy of instructional materials.
- Utilize instructional design principles to develop curriculum that aligns with learning objectives.
- Test and troubleshoot e-learning modules across various LMS platforms to ensure compatibility and functionality.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve course effectiveness.
- Maintain organized documentation of course development processes and updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content development, instructional design, or training & development roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Blackboard, LMS platforms, and other e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent writing skills for creating clear, concise instructional content.
- Classroom experience or teaching background is a plus, providing insight into effective instructional strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated presentation skills for delivering training sessions or demonstrations when needed.

Pay: $51,215.91-$117,173.44 per year
