Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist (Non-RMT) to join our wellness team. This role involves providing specialized lymphatic drainage massage treatments to support clients' health and recovery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. No prior licensing as an RMT is required, but a passion for holistic health and client care is essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform lymphatic drainage massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, ensuring safe and effective treatment sessions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of lymphatic drainage therapy and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Uphold hygiene standards and ensure a clean, comfortable treatment environment.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate client care and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in lymphatic health and massage therapy practices through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to lymphatic health and massage therapy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients.
- Effective communication skills to explain procedures, benefits, and post-treatment care.
- Prior experience in massage therapy or related wellness fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a professional, respectful manner within a team environment.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
