Lead Carpenter – Residential & Commercial Renovations

Dalmar Group is a growing general contracting company based in Abbotsford, and we're looking for a Lead Carpenter to run day-to-day operations on our renovation sites.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and running job sites for residential and commercial renovation projects
- Framing, rough carpentry, and structural work
- Interior finishing, trim, doors, and millwork
- Directing labourers and coordinating with subs on site
- Reading and working from scopes/plans, keeping jobs on schedule
- Demolition, forming, concrete work, and site prep as needed
- Communicating progress and issues directly with the owner
What We're Looking For
- Proven carpentry experience, ideally with time running or leading a crew
- Red Seal or equivalent tickets an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to problem-solve on site without hand-holding
- Valid driver's license required, own tools required
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
