Job Overview
As a Team Lead – Robotic Assembly, you’ll be a hands-on leader on the production floor, guiding robotic assemblers and
technicians while actively contributing to complex mechanical and electronic builds. You’ll balance people leadership with technical expertise—driving
quality, meeting production targets, and building a motivated, high‑performing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, solving problems in real time, and taking pride in precision work.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a team of robotic assemblers and technicians

Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep production on track to meet targets

Build and assemble robotic systems (mechanical + basic electrical)

Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions

Ensure all work meets quality standards and follows proper processes

Train new team members on tools, assembly methods, and safety practices

Drive continuous improvement and support ECR/NCR processes

Collaborate with Production, QA, and Customer Service teams

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Required Qualifications
-
4–5 years of experience in electromechanical assembly
-
Strong hands-on experience with mechanical and electronic assembly

Ability to read and interpret diagrams, drawings, and work instructions

Proven experience leading, coaching, or supporting a team

Experience managing workflow, production timelines, and task assignments

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with safe work practices and workplace safety standards
Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field

Experience with MRP systems or production planning tools

Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices

Experience creating or working with ECRs and NCRs
