Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Golf Course Maintenance Workers to join our maintenance crew! The successful candidate will perform a variety of landscaping and groundskeeping duties to ensure the course remains in excellent condition for members and guests.
Duties
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other turf areas.
- Trim around trees, bunkers, cart paths, and landscaped areas.
- Rake and maintain sand bunkers.
- Repair ball marks, divots, and damaged turf.
- Assist with irrigation system operation, monitoring, and basic repairs.
- Plant, prune, weed, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
- Apply fertilizers, seed, and topdressing under supervisor direction.
- Operate and maintain golf course equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, utility vehicles, and other machinery.
- Remove debris, leaves, branches, and litter from the course.
- Prepare the course for daily play and special events.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Report equipment issues or course concerns to the maintenance supervisor.
- Perform other grounds maintenance duties as assigned.
Skills
- Previous experience considered an asset
- Willing to train
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
