Overview
GnR Residential Plus Cleaning Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our growing exterior cleaning team. This role focuses on cleaning windows for residential and commercial properties up to 3 storeys, ensuring a spotless, streak-free finish and excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions. Experience in window cleaning or exterior services is an asset, but we are willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Clean exterior windows for residential and commercial properties (up to 3 storeys)
- Use squeegees, extension poles, and professional cleaning solutions to achieve a streak-free finish
- Safely use ladders and basic equipment to access higher areas when required
- Perform additional exterior cleaning tasks when needed (e.g., siding, gutters, light pressure washing)
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at each job site
- Follow all safety procedures, especially when working at heights
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site and ensure satisfaction before leaving
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled jobs
Requirements
- Previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience is an asset (training provided)
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, up to 3 storeys)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour outdoors
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
