Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, including blueprint reading and schematic interpretation, with experience in industrial environments. This role requires attention to safety standards and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure reliable electrical operations.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in accordance with blueprints and schematics.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine wiring layouts and installation procedures.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform electrical tasks efficiently.
- Perform maintenance on low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Collaborate with construction teams during new builds or renovations to ensure electrical components meet project specifications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and electrical codes during installation and repair processes.
- Document work performed and update maintenance records accurately.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably with industrial electrician experience.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
- Experience working with low voltage systems and industrial electrical components.
- Background in construction environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics accurately and follow detailed instructions.
- Valid electrician license or certification as required by local regulations is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
