Expert Cabinet Spray Technician (Full-Time)

We are looking for a dedicated, high-level Spray Technician who specializes in kitchen cabinet refinishing.
We have a massive volume of work and need someone who treats every door and drawer like a piece of fine furniture. If you’re the type of pro who knows exactly which primer to pull for a laminate vs. solid wood job and can lay down a factory-smooth finish every time, we want to talk to you.
The Role
Your primary focus is simple: Spraying. We want you to focus on what you love and what you’re best at.
- Production: Expertly spray kitchen cabinets using airless and/or HVLP systems.
- Quality Control: Ensure a flawless, drip-free, orange-peel-free finish.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of primers (bonding, stain-blocking, etc.) and topcoats specific to kitchen environments.
- Efficiency: Maintain a steady workflow to keep up with our high volume of incoming projects.

- Proven Experience: You must have significant professional experience specifically spraying cabinetry or fine finishes.
- Equipment Mastery: Complete proficiency with airless spray machines and maintenance.

- Reliability: You show up, you’re professional, and you take pride in your craft.
