We are seeking a night shift server/cook to join our dedicated staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen and serving customers in the dining room. The hours are 4 shifts on and 4 off. 10 pm to 8 am.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all served food
- serve all prepared food
- Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
- Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- knowledge of serving
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in teams
- Experience is helpful
- Will need your own vehicle, there is no public transportation
