SunSpark Canvassing is expanding in Victoria and is seeking an ambitious, results-driven leader to manage, coach, and grow high-performing fundraising teams.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, telecom, retail management, customer acquisition, fundraising, or other KPI-driven environments.
ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership
- Lead a team of fundraisers in the field
- Drive individual and team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Conduct ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and field training
- Develop action plans to improve underperformance
- Create a culture of accountability, competitiveness, and growth
Team Management
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and overall team performance
- Manage a growing team while maintaining high standards
- Identify future leaders and support their development
Performance & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics and fundraising results
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for senior leadership
- Analyze team performance and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure campaign goals and quality standards are consistently achieved
Sales Execution
- Lead from the front by actively fundraising alongside your team
- Engage with potential supporters and secure monthly donor commitments
- Demonstrate effective sales techniques and objection handling
- Maintain strong conversion rates and donor quality standards
What We're Looking For: Preferred Experience
- Sales management or team leadership experience
- Door-to-door sales, direct sales, fundraising, telecom, events, or customer acquisition experience
- Experience managing KPIs and performance targets
- Recruiting, coaching, and developing teams
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
Compensation
- Guaranteed Base Pay: $22/hour

- Ability to travel throughout the Victoria region
- Available Tuesday through Sunday
