Our team and what we'll accomplish together
In this role, you'll be at the center of scaling our Multiply platform across dealers and new business segments (MDU and beyond), while accelerating PFE sales growth in the EPP channel. You'll work directly with business unit leaders across TELUS to shape go-to-market strategy and be the voice of the channel in executive-level discussions.Your work will directly impact how we reach customers through new avenues and enable our dealer partners to thrive in a competitive market.
What you'll do
Lead PFE sales strategy and execution in the EPP channel, developing and implementing marketing campaigns and outbound initiatives to drive revenue growth
Establish project management discipline and operational excellence for channel initiatives—standardizing how we plan, track, and scale programs.
Partner directly with dealer principals and Dealer Performance Managers to understand their business goals and customize the Multiply platform to maximize their marketing ROI and partnership value.
Project manage and scale innovative channel initiatives (MDU, Falcon) from pilot to enterprise deployment—managing scope, timeline, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
Provide executive-level visibility through bi-weekly updates to VP and SVP leadership—synthesizing complex channel data and program status into strategic insights and recommendations.
Support dealer partners with EPP onboarding, gather feedback for continuous improvement, and serve as the primary point of contact for dealer questions and support requests
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to identify new channel opportunities and drive business growth
What you bring
5+ years of experience in channel sales, sales enablement, or related roles
Proven track record in strategy building and channel management
Proven project management experience (3+ years)—demonstrated ability to define scope, build timelines, coordinate dependencies, and drive initiatives to completion. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) a plus.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building abilities
Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority—examples include aligning Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategies, securing buy-in from senior stakeholders for new initiatives, or managing external partnerships where you drove outcomes through influence.
Demonstrated success working with external partners (dealers, vendors, or channel partners)
Executive-level communication skills—able to synthesize complex data and program status into concise, actionable insights for VP/SVP audiences; experience presenting to senior leadership
Strong analytical and reporting skills—comfortable working with data platforms (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Google Analytics) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Comfort with ambiguity and change—ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift and role expectations evolve based on business needs and your strengths. Strong learning agility.
Experience leading go-to-market initiatives (campaigns, product launches, channel enablement) either internally or for external partners
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with dealer/partner enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Multiply,Tableau) or dealer management systems.
Salary Range: $51,000-$95,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: $20,000-60,000
