We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Data Entry Assistant to join our Burnaby office.
Position Summary
The Administrative & Data Entry Assistant plays an important role in supporting our day-to-day office operations. This position combines administrative support, accurate data entry, and excellent customer service while assisting customers with payment and commission-related inquiries and coordinating with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service via email and telephone.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding payments, commissions, and account information.
- Review and investigate billing or commission discrepancies.
- Perform accurate data entry while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Maintain customer records and transaction history.
- Assist with collections follow-up, reporting, and account reconciliation.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer requests.
- Provide general administrative and office support as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, accounting support, or office administration is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- QuickBooks experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable, punctual, dependable, and professional.
- Bilingual abilities (Japanese, French, Chinese, Korean, or other languages) are considered an asset but are not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Wage: $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Following the successful completion of a 3-month probationary period, compensation will be reviewed based on job performance.

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- No weekends
