We are a collaborative physiotherapy and wellness clinic located in St. Albert, Alberta, seeking a passionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team. You’ll be working alongside a group of healthcare professionals — including physiotherapists, psychologists, nutritionists, and personal trainers — with regular client referrals across disciplines.
This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, clinical collaboration, and professional support, and wants to build or expand a long-term client base in a positive, team-driven setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality therapeutic massage assessments and treatments for a variety of client needs (WCB, MVA, Extended Health Care, Veterans Affairs)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers in-house for referrals and coordinated care
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment space
- Educate clients on treatment plans, self-care, and wellness support
- Comply with all regulatory standards and maintain professional registration
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist (2200-hour program) recognized in Alberta
- Active member in good standing with a professional massage therapy association (e.g., NHPC, MTAA, CRMTA, etc.)
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others
