Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Technical Lead (Java React) to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
- The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong expertise across Java backend and React frontend, capable of guiding teams, making architectural decisions, and ensuring high quality end to end delivery.
- Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code guidance to development teams. Architect and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance UI components using React, Redux Context APIs.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive end-to-end application architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and enforce best practices and coding standards.
- Lead production support, incident resolution, and performance tuning activities.
- Contribute to and oversee CICD pipelines, releases, and deployments.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UXUI, and cross-functional teams for integrated delivery.
- Required Technical Skills Backend (Java)Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security Expertise in Microservices architecture distributed systems Experience in REST API development, integration, and performance optimization Working knowledge of Hibernate JPA (ORM frameworks)Frontend (React)Strong experience with React.js, Hooks, functional components Experience with state management (Redux Context API)Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
