Are you organized, motivated, and ready to dive into a hands-on sales role that gives you exposure to every part of the business? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Waterwell Division.
This is a full-time, permanent, junior-to-intermediate position that’s perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys balancing customer interaction with operational responsibilities like inventory management and shipping/receiving. You’ll work closely with our Technical Sales team and Assistant Manager and play a key role in supporting customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, inventory is well managed, and shipments move in and out efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing• Support customers by phone, email, and sometimes in person
- Process sales and purchase orders accurately in our Visual ERP system
- Support inbound/outbound shipping and logistics
- Monitor and manage inventory (cycle counts, stock checks, reordering)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies
- Assist at the service counter and with walk-in customers
- Pitch in wherever needed, from the front office to the stockroom to ensure customer satisfaction
- Occasionally attend trade shows or support with deliveries (must have a valid driver’s license)
Qualifications• You’ve got 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, inventory control, or technical support
- You’re comfortable using basic tools like ERP systems (Visual), Outlook, and Microsoft 365
- You might have worked in manufacturing, drilling, or construction industries
- You’re someone who takes pride in accuracy, has excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- You’re a team player who wants to learn the ropes - not just the sales part, but how it all fits together
- You have a customer-first mindset and consistently go the extra mile

What the Onboarding Period Looks LikeFirst 30 Days
- Learn our ERP system and how we track orders and inventory
- Shadow in the stockroom to become familiar with parts, locations, and inventory flow
- Sit in on team meetings and meet the crew
- Become familiar with shipping/receiving processes and documentation
- Participate in basic health & safety training and orientation
- Begin learning Wellmaster product lines and how we serve our customers
30-60 Days
- Start entering orders and purchase requests yourself
- Handle basic customer interactions
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory tasks
- Continue product training and shadowing
- Support with deliveries and shipping/receiving logistics
- Work closely with Technical Sales for coaching and feedback
60-90 Days
- Manage your own orders and customer communication independently
- Take ownership of inventory coordination and accuracy
- Support shipping/receiving workflow with minimal supervision
- Shadow the team for customer site visits
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Demonstrate reliability across both operational and customer facing tasks
