Pristine Roofing & Siding is looking for experienced siding, aluminum, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough installers who know the trade and take pride in the finished product.
We are not looking for someone who shows up late, throws a few pieces on the wall, loses half the tools, and then acts surprised when the job does not look right.
We are looking for installers with experience in one or more of the following:
- Vinyl siding
- LP SmartSide
- James Hardie
- Metal and specialty siding
- Soffit and fascia
- Eavestrough and downpipes
- Aluminum cladding
- Exterior finishing details
- Reading and understanding work orders
- Running a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite
You do not need to be an expert in every area, but you should be skilled in your trade, dependable, and willing to learn.
The right installer:
- Produces clean, high-quality work
- Pays attention to details
- Thinks ahead and makes good decisions
- Communicates problems before they become bigger problems
- Works efficiently without cutting corners
- Respects the customer, their property, and their home
- Keeps the jobsite clean and organized
- Takes care of company tools and equipment
- Works well with the rest of the crew
- Takes ownership instead of blaming everyone else when something goes wrong
Basically, we are looking for installers we do not have to babysit.

There is room for the right person to grow into a lead installer, crew leader, or foreman position.
