Your role
As a central pillar of operations, you will coordinate production planning and execution at a national level in collaboration with the production management team.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate production planning across all business units
- Oversee order processing and validate compliance for production release
- Analyze production capacity and adjust planning based on constraints
- Establish production priorities in collaboration with sales teams
- Coordinate inter-plant transfers to optimize timelines
- Collaborate with production, logistics, procurement, and planning teams
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, including safety stock
- Monitor raw materials and work closely with purchasing
- Supervise manufacturing orders in the ERP system
- Ensure accuracy and quality of production data
- Respond to lead-time requests and ensure proactive communication
- Participate in continuous process improvement
- Act as a resource person for planners

Skills
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Business Central)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative leadership and team spirit
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor
- Autonomy, proactivity, and initiative
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in production planning or coordination
- Advanced level of English and French, both spoken and written
