We're looking for an exceptional Creative Content & Social Media Specialist who can transform ideas into engaging content that builds our brands and delivers measurable results. We're looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling, understands marketing strategy, and uses data to tweak posts.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts, graphics, reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality short videos that reflect our brand personality.
- Write compelling copy for social media, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Design, write, and distribute newsletters using Mailchimp.
- Ensure all content aligns with our company values and brand identity
- Research trends, identify new opportunities, and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to every campaign.
- Work independently from your home office while collaborating closely with the team.
- Attend a weekly in-person planning and strategy meeting.
Analytics & Performance
Success is measured by results. You will:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, impressions, click-through rates, follower growth, video views, email open rates, and conversion rates.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use data to optimize future content and improve audience engagement.
- Continuously test new ideas, formats, and strategies to maximize results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience creating and managing successful social media content for businesses or brands.
- Experience creating authentic, engaging social media content using a smartphone (not professional video equipment).
- Comfortable filming and editing reels, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes content optimized for social media platforms.
- Experience with Mailchimp and email marketing campaigns.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Highly creative with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and branding.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Comfortable working remotely while remaining an active and collaborative member of the team.
- Able to attend a weekly in-person planning and strategy meeting.
