Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Educate children through play-based learning activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behavior.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Utilize time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere by supporting bilingual education, particularly for children who speak English and French.
Requirements
- CPR and First Aid
- Police clearance vulnerable sector
- Negative TB test.
- Rece in good standing
- Safe food handlers certificate
- Transportation
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents.
- Time management skills to ensure smooth classroom operations.
- Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Proficient in using technology for classroom management and educational purposes.
- A genuine passion for educating young minds and contributing positively to their growth.
