From our first lot in Cambridge, Ontario, to residential, commercial, and recreational developments in 18 cities across North America, Great Gulf Group has grown into a diversified real estate organization with 50 years of experience.
While our portfolio has evolved, our commitment remains the same: building great spaces that inspire the people who live, work, and play in them. Today, our multi-faceted business spans commercial, mixed-use and residential development, construction management, software, engineering, panelized manufacturing, architecture, and hospitality.
All companies under the Great Gulf Group umbrella are united by one simple goal: the pursuit of greatness. It’s achieved every day through the passion and dedication of our people. If you’re excited to build meaningful solutions and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
Great Gulf is seeking a motion-literate AI Content Creator to join our team in Toronto.
This is someone who lives at the intersection of video production, generative AI, and real estate storytelling. You’ll turn early development concepts and site imagery into cinematic content – aerial flythroughs, lifestyle sequences, placemaking vignettes – and assemble it into polished videos and presentations. The work spans our two highest-priority project types, resort and hospitality developments and premium high-rise residential, and you’ll help leadership and marketing partners feel the future of a project before a single shovel hits the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Video & Image Generation
- Use generative AI tools – primarily Runway Gen-4/4.5 and Luma Dream Machine – to animate architectural renders into cinematic drone-style flythroughs, camera moves, and lifestyle sequences
- Produce hero imagery, amenity vignettes, suite interiors, resort landscapes, and site/context visuals for marketing and sales programs
- Generate short-form video content (15–90 seconds) for social media, digital campaigns, investor presentations, and sales centre experiences
- Leverage tools including Runway, Luma Dream Machine, Google Veo, Adobe Firefly, and emerging platforms – and stay ahead of what's next
- Assemble and finish content in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent – adding voiceover, captions, music, and on-screen text to a brand standard
Visual Storytelling & Placemaking
- Develop lifestyle narratives and visual sequences that capture the soul of a place – the feeling of arriving at a resort, the view from a penthouse, the rhythm of a community
- Translate master plans, architectural drawings, and design briefs into compelling visual content that excites buyers, investors, and leadership
- Create mood boards, concept boards, and visual references that define the character of new projects and brands early in the development process
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to visualize concepts before they are built
Presentation & Collateral Production
- Build polished presentation decks for leadership, sales launches, investor briefings, and partner presentations – combining AI-generated visuals, photography, and motion content
- Produce sales and marketing collateral: brochures, digital campaign assets, signage, social content, and email campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, ensuring every asset feels unmistakably Great Gulf
Collaboration
- Work directly with senior marketing, sales, and development leadership to understand project vision and translate it into content
- Brief and QA output from external visualization studios and creative vendors
- Share new tools, techniques, and platform developments with the team – you are our eyes and ears on where AI visual content is heading
Preferred Qualifications:
- You likely come from motion design, video editing, or AI-native content creation, with a real eye for camera language, cinematography, and storytelling through movement. What matters most is your ability to prompt, iterate, and direct AI tools toward premium, cinematic output
- 3–7 years in motion design, video production, or AI content creation, with a portfolio that demonstrates cinematic storytelling ability
- Direct experience using AI image-to-video platforms (Runway, Luma, Veo, Kling, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent) to produce finished content
- Background in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle is a strong advantage
- Experience producing content for sales programs, marketing campaigns, or investor presentations
- Hands-on proficiency with AI generation platforms: Runway Gen-4/4.5 (Motion Brush, camera controls), Luma Dream Machine Ray3, and/or Google Veo 3.1
- Video assembly and finishing in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or equivalent
- Ability to work from architectural renders, drawings, and site plans as input references
- Strong eye for composition, light, camera motion, and what makes aerial/drone content feel premium
- Presentation design – comfortable building decks in PowerPoint or Keynote that combine motion content, renders, and brand copy
- Basic understanding of social media formats and specs for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Physical Requirements:
- Office environment – sitting/working at desk/computer in a shared office space and/or remote working from home
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $85,000 – $120,000
