Responsibilities
- Accurately record stats during games or events in real-time
- Monitor game progress and ensure adherence to rules and regulations
- Communicate score updates clearly to players, officials, and spectators as needed
- Maintain organized records of scores and game statistics for reporting purposes
- Assist in setting up equipment and ensuring all scoring tools are functional before events begin
- Collaborate with referees, coaches, and event staff to facilitate smooth operations
- Remain attentive throughout the event to prevent errors or discrepancies in scoring
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent focus during fast-paced activities
- Good communication skills for clear reporting and coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of the sport or activity being scored is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple ongoing events
