Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Counsellor to join our counselling team. This role involves providing mental health support and counselling services to a range of clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and youth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counselling sessions for child and youth patients, focusing on emotional and psychological support
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support families by providing education about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and contribute to holistic care approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children and youth
- Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Must have RCC designation

Pay: $84.00-$100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
