- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM X1 - *Heavy lifting involved*
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM X1
- Hybrid Shift: Wednesday - Sunday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) X1
About the Role:
We are currently hiring reliable and committed Warehouse Associates to join a growing pet food supply company in Aberfoyle, ON. This is a long-term opportunity for candidates who are experienced in both order picking and packing and are looking to grow within a stable team environment.
We are hiring one associate for each of the shift times listed above.
Important: This location is not accessible by public transit, so applicants must have a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Pick & pack materials accurately based on order requirements
- Use computer to generate order slips and pick appropriate items
- Break down pallets and organize product
- Put inventory away into designated bins
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy
- Perform general warehouse duties and basic warehousing work
- Use RF scanners to track and fulfill orders
- Complete order entry and generation using computer systems
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Ensure accuracy and quality control in all shipments
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience (picking & packing required)
- Comfortable using RF scanners and computers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation (not bus accessible)
- Looking for long-term, stable employment
