Position Summary
As a BarBurrito Team Member, you provide excellent customer service while preparing fresh, high-quality food in a clean, safe, and fast-paced environment. Team members are responsible for supporting both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Front of House (FOH) Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, beverage station, and service counter.
- Restock front counter supplies, sauces, napkins, and beverages.
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Back of House (BOH) Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients, including chopping vegetables, cooking proteins, and making sauces.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor food quality and portion sizes to ensure consistency.
- Receive, organize, and store inventory properly.
- Clean kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, dishes, and utensils.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Help reduce food waste by following proper storage and preparation procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and time management skills.
- Basic food handling knowledge (Food Safety Certification is an asset).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
