Sales Rep, Uncapped Commission + Paid Training (Sudbury)

We're hiring door-to-door sales reps in Sudbury to represent Eastlink, one of Canada's established telecom providers, selling internet, TV, and mobile services on a live contract. The work
You'll represent Eastlink door to door across Sudbury and the surrounding area, talking to homeowners, building real conversations, and closing real sales. You're outside, on the move, meeting new people every day. If you'd rather be out in the world than stuck behind a desk, this is your kind of job.
The pay, straight talk
This is a commission role with uncapped earnings, and we set you up to ramp fast:
- 5 days of paid training, $500 flat, in class and in the field
- Uncapped commission on every sale from day one
- Your commission rate increases after your 90-day probation, so you earn more on every sale as you grow
- A $2,000 bonus waiting for you when you hit your first 90-day milestone
- Performance bonuses and paid travel incentives on top
The more you sell, the more you make, and there's no ceiling on it.

No car? No problem.
A vehicle is nice to have, but it isn't required. Some of our top performers started without one. We'll get you where you need to be.
Travel, paid, and one of the best parts
You'll travel outside Sudbury at least once a month, including overnight trips, with stops across Ontario and the chance to work other provinces. Mileage and accommodation are covered when you're on the road, and a lot of our team's biggest paychecks come from these campaigns.
Training and support
Every new hire gets structured onboarding, product and sales training, field shadowing, and ongoing coaching. Our goal is to get you earning as fast as possible.
Growth
As we expand across Ontario and Atlantic Canada, there's a real path from rep to team leader, trainer, recruiter, and into sales and operations management. We promote from within whenever we can.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. These hours are fixed.
What you need
- Comfortable being outside on your feet for a full shift
- The mindset to hear a "no" and stay sharp on the next door
- Willingness to travel overnight at least once a month (we cover the costs)
No experience required. We'll train you on everything else.
