Role Overview:
I am a dedicated feline grooming specialist transitioning out of the Barrie area this summer. I am looking for a reliable, compassionate, and experienced groomer to take over my established base of loyal cat grooming clients.
This is a referral opportunity for a private groomer or a small business owner looking to expand their feline-only or cat-friendly client list. These are well-managed, existing clients who are accustomed to in-home, low-stress grooming services.
About the Clients:
- Specialty: Exclusively cat nail trimming and basic grooming.
- Methodology: The clients are accustomed to in-home visits. My approach relies on low-stress handling, such as "burrito wrapping," and managing nervous temperaments with patience.
- Volume: A consistent, established schedule of clients currently serviced within Barrie and the surrounding area.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in handling cats, specifically regarding nail trims.
- In-Home Capability: Ability and willingness to travel to clients’ homes for appointments.
- Professionalism: A gentle, calm demeanor is essential for working with feline clients who may be anxious or reactive.
- Reliability: Excellent communication and punctuality are vital to maintaining the trust these clients have placed in my services.
