Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
- Assess clients’ health history and discuss their wellness goals to develop effective treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary.
- Record detailed treatment notes after each session to monitor progress and ensure continuity of care.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity.
- Uphold professional standards of communication, confidentiality, and ethical practice at all times.
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or regulatory body in your region.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and wellness advice.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.

Pay: $70.00-$90.00 per hour
