About the Job
As a Labourer, you'll work alongside our Foreman to ensure our trims run smoothly, safely, and professionally. This is a part-time position with room to grow into full-time employment as the company expands.
This is an entry-level position, with real growth potential. You'll start by learning site setup, safety, and cleanup. As you prove yourself, you'll learn proper trimming techniques, equipment operation, horticultural care for the hedges, and can advance into more responsibility, more pay, and a Skilled Labour or Foreman role.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit for outdoor manual labor
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Assets:
- Previous experience in landscaping, arboriculture, or outdoor work
- Comfort working on ladders
- Driver’s Licence
