Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Installer - Shelving to join our installation team. This role involves assisting with the installation of shelving units in various commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, basic construction skills, and a willingness to learn new techniques. Duties
- Assist in the installation of wire and wood shelving units according to schematics and blueprints
- Work in warehouse to pick appropriate part and products
- Load and unload material from truck and for delivery
- Use hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and levels to ensure accurate placement
- Prepare work areas by clearing space and setting up necessary equipment
- Support senior installers with tasks such as touch-ups, or minor restoration work as needed
- Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures during all phases of installation
- Clean up work areas after completing installations and ensure all tools are properly stored

- Proficiency with hand tools used in construction and installation tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various environments
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment
